My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very clean and quiet, but they had popcorn ceilings, gold fixtures, not enough electrical outlets, and really old tacky furniture, which made them a little on the small side. The service was excellent, with very friendly and kind staff. The location was convenient, especially for my trip to Hersheypark, and the onsite washer and dryer were a nice bonus. The dining options were satisfactory with a variety of breakfast choices. However, the hotel's facilities were very small, dark, and outdated, which was a downside.
